Hi, I’m Kaylee Al-Attar.

My interest in brain health began after a car accident left me struggling with brain fog and anxiety. I was never formally diagnosed with a concussion, but intuitively, I knew something wasn’t right. I didn’t feel like myself.

As I started paying closer attention to my body and mind, I noticed something surprising: when I consistently nourished myself — through intentional food choices, supportive lifestyle shifts, eye exercises, and herbal support — my mental clarity began to return. The fog started to lift. My anxiety softened. I felt calmer, clearer, and more grounded.

That experience changed everything for me. It showed me how deeply connected our brains are to the way we nourish and care for ourselves — and it sparked a lasting passion for supporting brain health from a holistic perspective.

That experience sparked an even deeper curiosity about neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to adapt, reorganize, and form new connections over time — which eventually led me to focus my graduate thesis on how certain herbs support cognitive recovery and nervous system resilience.

The more I learned, the more I realized how often struggles like burnout, poor focus, mood changes, and persistent brain fog are connected to underlying nutritional and lifestyle factors — and how rarely brain health is addressed in a truly personalized way.

Today, through Vitamin Kay, I work with individuals who want to support their cognitive health using targeted nutrition and therapeutic herbal medicine — whether they’re navigating everyday mental fatigue or longer-term concerns like post-concussion symptoms.

I believe the brain has an incredible capacity for change when given the right support. People deserve to be heard when it comes to something as impactful as their mental health. You don’t have to wait for someday in the future to feel clearer, calmer, and more like yourself again—positive change can start now, thanks to the brain’s ability to create new pathways.
